It is in respect of their decision to call the Sole Administrator of Rivers State Admiral Ibas(rtd) to order concerning some of the actions he has taken so far since he got his mandate.
The Sole Administrator seems to have gone beyond his brief in the way he has been carrying out his assignment since he assumed office.
